  • Handmade & Custom Orders: Because our press-on nails are individually handcrafted, please allow 3–7 business days for preparation before dispatch.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods such as holidays, sales events, or new collection launches, processing may extend by an additional 1–3 business days.
  • Quality Check: Every set is checked for accuracy, sizing, and durability before being packaged.

We value precision and quality craftsmanship, so we kindly ask for your patience while we prepare your order with the care it deserves.


2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch (available for eligible items).
  • Courier Services: We use reliable carriers such as Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel, and DPD, depending on your location and order type.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey in real-time.

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen factors such as strikes, weather conditions, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

9. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Occasionally, certain styles may be listed as Pre-Order or Backorder.

  • Pre-order items will ship once production is complete.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

If you wish to receive available items first, please place separate orders.


10. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  2. Include clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged or missing items.

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or partial refund.

11. Delivery Attempts and Collection

Most couriers will make at least one delivery attempt. If no one is available:
