4. Custom Orders and Nail Sizing
Our press-on nail sets are available in standard sizes (Small, Medium, Large) and custom sizes upon request.
Before placing your order:
- Please refer to our Nail Sizing Guide or purchase a Sizing Kit to measure correctly.
- If no size is specified at checkout, we will prepare your order in a standard Medium size by default.
- We cannot replace or refund sets that do not fit due to incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
Custom orders are created based on your confirmed details. Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be made.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on prettygirlsluvl.co.uk are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable UK taxes.
Payment options include:

- 3–7 working days for custom or made-to-order sets

During busy periods, sales, or holidays, production times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed via email.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, using reliable couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, or Yodel.
Shipping Information
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Tracked Delivery (recommended): 1–3 working days
- Free shipping offers may apply to select promotions.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details (if applicable).
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the courier, Pretty Girls Luvl is not liable for lost or stolen items.
We recommend choosing a tracked service for peace of mind.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and cosmetic safety standards, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for press-on nail sets once shipped.
However, we may issue a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

- The order was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered.

10. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Once a set has been created or dispatched, we cannot cancel or refund it.
